Improved safety at work: they ensure a consistent grounding to prevent electrostatic discharges, reduce the risk of tripping and falling as cables don’t lay on the ground. The cables are coiled properly in the reel and protected from crushing and puncturing.

Materials and protection: plastic to IP42 or painted steel to IP55
MT & MF versions feature an enclosure to protect the cables from dirt, dust, debris and light.

FAQ

Why use a Conductix-Wampfler grounding reel?

If forgotten on the ground, the clamp and cable will get crushed. A damaged cable or clamp may not perform their task of dispersing electrostatic charges and a dangerous discharges may happen.

One of our grounding reels makes it very easy to coil back the cable and store the clamp away, and protect them from crushing and damage. The safety level stays optimal.
